Ahh,
O meu amigo David meu deu a dica de colocar no post o passo-a-passo.
Usei o arquivo de downloads do OTN .É o arquivo .zip(não .rpm e tal).
Permissão de execução(chmod +x,775 e tal) no arquivo runInstaller .De cara veio os erros de que nao atendia os requisitos,como só queria pra pouco uso mesmo,ignorei e continuei a instalação do modo Administrator.COnfigurei o tnsnames com o netca normalmente.E pronto está rodando.
